Jimmy is a group of nearly 100 dynamic and determined people committed to massively decarbonizing the industry.

With both design and implementation challenges, we are experiencing strong growth. We are looking for ambitious individuals eager to bring their expertise to our team and contribute to achieving our goals—first and foremost, being ready to commission our first generator by 2027.
Generator simulations

The Generator Simulation Team is responsible for all simulations of the reactor core and associated systems, ensuring proper equipment sizing and defining operational control strategies. It brings together engineers with diverse expertise in a dynamic and passionate team.

Generator engineering

The Generator Engineering Team is responsible for the mechanical and system design of the generator.

Their goal is to validate the building’s architecture and the allocation of components within it, ensuring the overall feasibility and reliability of the structure.

Generator safety

The Safety team is responsible for the entire analysis to confirm that the generator does not pose a risk to operators or surrounding populations.

It maintains continuous communication with nuclear safety authorities and is at the core of the design process.

Generator industrialization

The Industrial Implementation Team is responsible for preparing the commissioning of Jimmy generators.

This includes establishing Jimmy’s industrial site in Le Creusot, as well as overseeing major civil engineering work to prepare the installation sites for future generators.

Development and support

The Support Team is there to enable the success of the other teams. It includes experts in quality, procurement, HR, legal, and management.

This team ensures that technical discussions don’t drag on when morale is low and works to help the company grow in the best possible conditions.

Fuel factory

The factory team develops the production tools that will enable the pre-assembly of the Jimmy reactor. This involves creating high-precision special machines within a stringent safety framework.

The factory team is multidisciplinary, close to the field, and faces exciting technical challenges to establish a modern manufacturing facility in France.

Future Talent Program

This program aims to provide a development and learning space for young engineers. A 360° training experience: 3 years to explore and train in 3 different roles within a demanding and challenging environment. Personalized support throughout the journey, with learning managers to guide you and training at each stage, will help you build a solid foundation in engineering.

The Stages of the Program

This experience will also give you an in-depth immersion into a complex environment. At the end of this program, you will be ready to move into a high-value technical position.

Niveau 1
An 8-month period with the thermal team to learn how to simulate fluid flows and heat exchanges.
Niveau 2
An 8-month period with the mechanical team to learn how to size equipment based on the expected requirements.
Niveau 3
An 8-month period with the systems team to learn how to design and specify a system.
Niveau 4
A 1-year period in a chosen specialty, such as systems, thermal, or mechanical engineering.
